This is a new role in our Retail Centre, the candidate will be employed to Support the Aftersales department in achieving sales, customer satisfaction and potential Leads.
You will need to ensure a constant know-how on the entire range of Aftersales products and services within the aftersales department.
Provide support for Aftersales processes of scheduling and preparing appointments, car delivery, test drives, telephone pairing and handing over service courtesy cars to customers.
Ideally we are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude with an interest in the MINI Brand. Full training will be provided in house as well as the MINI Academy
